Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Kayus Systems website, submit an assessment, use a private assessment, solution-plan or payment page, or use the ReviewFlow product. By using an applicable service, you confirm that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
ReviewFlow
ReviewFlow is a customer feedback, reputation and service-recovery product. Participating businesses may use it to send eligible feedback requests, collect private ratings and comments, identify customers who may need follow-up and provide customers with a legitimate public review opportunity.
ReviewFlow does not use review gating. A participating business must not use ReviewFlow to suppress negative public reviews, selectively offer public-review links only to satisfied customers or create other rating-based barriers to legitimate public-review opportunities.
Customer contact and WhatsApp responsibilities
Businesses using ReviewFlow are responsible for ensuring they have the permission or other lawful basis required to contact their customers. Where WhatsApp is used, the business must also comply with applicable Meta, WhatsApp and service-provider policies, including requirements for business-initiated messaging, approved templates and customer opt-in. A phone number being present in a business's records does not by itself prove permission to send WhatsApp messages.

What the platform does
Kayus helps people describe repetitive digital work, assesses whether the process may be simplified or automated, and may offer a tailored solution. The initial assessment is not a promise that automation is suitable, possible or commercially worthwhile.
Human review and no automatic commitment
AI may assist Kayus with an internal draft, but a person reviews customer-facing recommendations. A result page is not a final technical commitment. Work begins only after the scope, price, responsibilities, payment conditions and any separate agreement are confirmed.
Plans, quotes, revisions and implementation
After the assessment and human review, Kayus may prepare a tailored solution plan and quote. You can review them before payment and may request one final revision through the available customer workflow. There is no payment obligation until you choose to proceed. After payment, implementation follows the approved final scope, delivery estimate, customer requirements and support terms stated in the plan or a separate written agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information you are authorised to share;
- avoid submitting passwords, card details, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive information;
- review recommendations, scope and pricing before approval;
- keep private assessment, solution-plan and payment links confidential;
- remain responsible for decisions, approvals and exceptional cases that the agreed workflow leaves under human control.
Quotes, payments and third-party services
Prices and currencies are entered and approved by Kayus, not generated automatically. Payments may be processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Provider details may vary based on the provider currently configured for the service. Kayus Systems does not store customers' full card details. Other connected tools may have their own charges, limits and terms. A payment confirmation does not expand the agreed scope or automatically start implementation.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The public Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request cancellation or a refund and how Kayus reviews requests for tailored work. Engagement-specific terms may also be stated in the applicable quote, solution plan or separate agreement. If those records conflict, the most specific written agreement for the engagement controls, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Kayus Systems or ReviewFlow to request unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, safety-critical or unauthorised surveillance systems; send unlawful or unauthorised messages; manipulate, gate or suppress legitimate customer reviews; misrepresent customer consent; or interfere with the platform or another person's data.
Availability and results
Kayus aims to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee that the website or third-party services will always be available or that every proposed automation will produce a particular amount of time saved, revenue or other outcome. Actual results depend on the customer's process, tools, information and use of the solution.
Ownership
You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. Ownership and permitted use of a custom implementation will be stated in the applicable solution plan or separate agreement. Kayus retains its pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how.
