Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Kayus Systems or ReviewFlow, subject to information we are required or reasonably need to retain for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, disputes or an active service.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or record, such as the email address used with the service and the name of the business involved. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, access tokens or other secrets.
ReviewFlow customer requests
If your information was supplied to ReviewFlow by a participating business that contacted you for feedback, you may also contact that business directly. Kayus will assist with a valid deletion request where it acts as the service provider processing information for that business.
What happens next
We will verify the request where reasonably necessary, identify the information covered by it and delete or anonymise eligible records. Where some information must be retained, we will limit its use to the reason it must be kept.
Meta and WhatsApp data
Where ReviewFlow uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform through an approved provider, deletion of ReviewFlow-held data does not automatically delete records that Meta, WhatsApp or the provider must retain under their own terms or legal obligations. Requests concerning those services may also be subject to their respective privacy processes.
