ReviewFlow is a WhatsApp-first customer feedback, reputation and service-recovery product designed to help small businesses collect genuine feedback, identify unhappy customers early and follow up in a structured way.

ReviewFlow is a product of KAYUS SYSTEMS, a registered Nigerian Business Name (BN 9759219).

How ReviewFlow works

• A participating business adds an eligible customer and sends a feedback request through its configured messaging channel.
• The customer opens a secure ReviewFlow link and can submit a rating and optional private comment.
• Lower ratings can create a private service-recovery case so the business can follow up appropriately.
• Every rating receives the same legitimate opportunity to leave a public Google review. ReviewFlow does not use review gating.

WhatsApp and customer consent

ReviewFlow is designed to use the WhatsApp Business Platform through approved service-provider integrations. Businesses using ReviewFlow are responsible for ensuring they have the permission or other lawful basis required to contact their customers and must comply with Meta, WhatsApp and applicable privacy rules.

Privacy by design

ReviewFlow is designed to collect only the information needed for customer feedback and service recovery. It is not intended for passwords, payment-card details, medical records, treatment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Customer feedback collected through ReviewFlow is private to the participating business unless the customer separately chooses to use the public Google review opportunity.
